Arts and Crafts/ Italy



Pupils create an image of the world using painted ceramic tiles

Art and movement
Pupils are taking a sheet of paper and starting drawing with tempera colours. They are working in pairs as to create perfectly smooth backgrounds.

On the smooth surface they are attaching forms and shapes they have previously created using bright colours which appear vibrant and lively.Then they are putting all their creations together in order to make a unique work.

Blue -KLEE


Pupils are discovering primary colours: they are touching the blue powder and start taking part in the crafting process.
Creating the background for small masterpieces




Art: Roman sculptures
Pupils are learning how to decorate chalk faces representing Roman effigies. They are  putting gold colours in a bowl and covering the whole face.
